These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of painting and decorating services by CFF Painting and Decorating Limited ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer. By requesting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
All quotations are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the information you provide and may be subject to a site survey. Any price produced by our online calculator or app is a guide only and does not constitute a binding quotation.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a start date with you in writing (including by email or message). We make reasonable efforts to keep to agreed dates, but timescales may be affected by weather, access, or unforeseen site conditions.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work, or additional work identified once work has started, may affect the price and timescale and will be agreed with you before proceeding where reasonably possible.
We take pride in delivering clean, professional finishes. If you are not satisfied with any part of the work, please tell us within a reasonable period of completion so we can put it right.
We carry appropriate insurance for our work. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for pre-existing defects or for damage we could not reasonably have foreseen.
Unless agreed otherwise, materials remain our property until paid for in full. Colour and finish may vary slightly depending on surface, lighting and product batch.
If you need to cancel or postpone, please give us as much notice as possible. Where materials have been purchased or work has commenced, reasonable costs may be payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you enter into a contract with us away from our business premises (for example, at your home, or by phone or email), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to the contract, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us at Office@cffpainting.co.uk. If you ask us to start work within the 14-day period, you may be charged for work carried out before cancellation.
